Weekend Highlights for the Class of ’83:

The Art of Making Art
Live your artistic life vicariously through Larry Kaye ’83, a Broadway producer whose credits include Tony Award winning American Idiot and Henry Richardson ’83, Design Center of the Americas Artist of the Year for 2012. A recent article about Henry shows examples of his work.

Class of 1983 Gift Goal- $350,000 with 50% participation:

As of May 8, 2013, 37.61% the Class of 1983 has contributed $80,434.88 to your class gift.

Reunions are a time to reflect on the substantial impact Haverford has had in shaping your interests, passions and friendships.  Celebrate your 30th Reunion with a generous gift to the Annual Fund. Your gift will be matched with additional support: click on the Challenge drop down for more information.

The Challenge

To participate in setting a new bar for giving in honor of our 30th Reunion. The Reunion Challengers will respond to your gifts as follows:

 
  • Gifts of <$250: $150 match
  • Gifts of $250-$499: $300 match
  • Gifts of $500-$1,832: $750 match
  • The 1833 Society ($1,833 and above): $1,500 match
The Challengers will contribute $25,000 when the class attains 10 additional new or increased 1833 Society Members. Help unlock this money by joining the 1833 Society this year or by increasing your support if you are an existing member.
When the class meets its participation goal of 50% (110 donors), the Challengers will contribute an additional $25,000 to the Class Gift.
All gifts will count toward the class giving and participation goals.
